Adventures in Auburn

Ironically enough, today was my first shoot in Auburn, where I live. I finally made it over across the river to Jessie & Dave's  and the kids Doc, Ella & Tula.  We don't see each other as much as we should considering we live a few miles away.  I met them both a long time ago in Portland, Dave a much longer time ago when I was too young to be working at the Tree Cafe.  Jessie is a photographer and I keep trying to get her to come on down to the mill and make some prints. Dave is one of Portland's best drummers and also a talented cabinetmaker/woodworker.  I got a tour of the incredible renovations they did on their hundred year old house, the impressive to barbie scale moderinist doll house he built for the girls, and a Tula tea party.
